What we collect

BuggyDoc stores anonymous usage events such as page and section views, feature reactions, general browser/device information, referral information, and UTM campaign values. A random visitor ID and per-visit session ID help us understand journeys without fingerprinting you.

Information you submit

We store form information only when you explicitly submit it. This can include your email address, name, vehicle and controller details, survey answers, beta application details, and comments. We do not silently save partially typed email addresses or comments.

Network information

Raw IP addresses are not used as visitor identities or stored in the product-research database. BuggyDoc may retain a one-way salted hash for basic abuse prevention and aggregate traffic quality analysis.

How it is used

Data is used to prioritize features, evaluate compatibility demand, recruit beta testers, understand acceptable price ranges, improve the website, and protect forms from abuse.

What we do not do

BuggyDoc does not sell visitor data, use third-party advertising trackers, or use browser fingerprinting for identification.
